Our Process
From the first call to the finished repair, here’s exactly what to expect.
1. You Call, We Ask the Right Questions
Where’s the stain or damage? When did it start? Does it only happen during rain? That information helps us prepare for the inspection, though it never replaces actually seeing the roof.
2. We Inspect and Trace the Actual Source
We measure from the interior stain to the roof, check every transition in range, and account for lateral water travel under the membrane. On roofs that have been patched before, we may use a grid-search method to rule out other problem areas.
3. You Get a Written Assessment Before Any Work
Photos, the specific defect found, and the repair method — plus an honest opinion on repair versus replacement if that’s relevant to your situation. No work happens until you’ve approved it.
4. We Do the Repair Right
Proper prep, correct material matched to what’s already on your roof, fabric reinforcement where needed, and a finished repair that’s built to actually last — not just get you through the next storm.
